Kiwisgrowth provides social media growth services for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. These services include follower growth, engagement packages such as likes and views, and account management support. All services are delivered using public links or usernames only. Kiwisgrowth never requests or requires your account password or login credentials at any stage of the ordering process.

Eligibility

To use Kiwisgrowth services, you must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Kiwisgrowth services complies with the terms of service of the relevant social media platform. Kiwisgrowth provides services to support growth and engagement, but each platform sets its own rules, and it is your responsibility to stay within those rules.

Ordering and Payment

All orders must be placed through the Kiwisgrowth website using the checkout process. Prices are displayed and charged in New Zealand dollars. Kiwisgrowth reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, for example if the provided link or username cannot be verified or if the order appears to be fraudulent. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive confirmation by email.

Delivery and Fulfilment

Most Kiwisgrowth orders begin processing within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Delivery is then paced gradually to create a natural-looking growth pattern rather than an abrupt spike. While Kiwisgrowth aims for timely and consistent delivery, exact completion times may vary depending on the package, platform and current demand. No guaranteed delivery timeframe is promised unless explicitly stated in writing.

Account Security

Kiwisgrowth will never ask for your password or login credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your own social media accounts. Kiwisgrowth is not liable for any loss, suspension or restriction that may occur to your social media account as a result of your own actions or the policies of the relevant platform.

Kiwisgrowth respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same when engaging with the website and services.

Limitation of Liability

Social media growth depends on many factors outside the agency's control, including platform algorithms, content quality and audience behaviour. Kiwisgrowth is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of Kiwisgrowth services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
